Q: Are there group discounts for clubs or not-for-profit organizations?
A: We can custom embroider or give group discounts for orders of 10 pads or more. Our pads make for great fundraising or special recognition programs. Call for details.

Q: What are typical order times?
A: Typically a top cover order will go out witin 48 hours of our recieving the necessary order information. Mail-in installations are typically completed by Friday of the week we recieve them for return delivery the following Monday.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Can you lower my seat?
A: While installing our pads we can adjust the height and the pitch of most seats in order to maximize your comfort and safety.

Q: Will you work on custom seats?
A: We will install our pads in virtually any seat. Although we do not recover most seats in house, we can have that work performed. Prices vary by seat so call for details.
